Henry youndt - author
Henry Youndt is an inspiring writer who loves the outdoors. He lives in Lancaster County, PA, not far from where he grew up just outside of Adamstown. He is retired from a career in the woodworking industry, where he did jobs ranging from cabinetmaking to CNC programing and accounting. Henry Youndt has served as a church treasurer and elder. He has also been a farmhand, a hospital orderly, a truckdriver a seaman and an inventor.
Henry Youndt began his writing career later in life. Youndt says, “For most of my life I neglected to develop or use this God-given talent. And it is only by His grace that I am able to do what I do.” He has now authored five novels, an inspirational book called, Eddies for Outdoorsmen, and his memoirs, entitled, A Father’s Hand.
Henry Youndt draws heavily from his varied experiences in life to create a very realistic form of fiction. He doesn’t like characters who are totally good or totally evil. “There is good and evil in each one of us,” he says.
